Court fees on legal rights based on inheritance of property

Nature of the suit based on legal rights of succession and inheritance, based on the status as the legal heir not based on commercial, monetary transactions, transfer, no monetary value to be assigned, for that fixed court fees under law paid for the suit but learned Trial Court ordered to present the suit on court fees based on market value.
